Dear Pet Parents,

In view of the current COVID-19 situation, to protect you and our employees we have to implement the following measures immediately:

1. We will stop accepting non-urgent cases and walk-ins.

2. We will continue to provide essential care for your pets especially the ones in urgent need of treatment.

3. We will be providing consults strictly by APPOINTMENT ONLY. All routine surgeries and procedures will be rescheduled till further notice.

4. Please call us in advance to discuss if you are unsure whether your pet’s condition requires treatment urgently. We assure you that we will schedule an appointment if treatment is required.

5. We will minimize physical contacts by imposing safe distancing at our clinics and allowing only one healthy pet parent to accompany their pet into our clinic.

6. We will station a staff in front of our clinics to take temperature. Anyone with temperature above 37 degree C will not be allowed to enter our clinics.

7. Please comply with the seating arrangement in our waiting area.

8. Should you require additional medications, please phone us before coming in so that all items can be prepared and ready for collection when you arrive.

We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding, and we hope that everyone stays safe and positive as we get through this together!

Our Vision
To become the most trusted and preferred provider of veterinary care to pets through the best-in-class clinical practice and continual education.
Our Mission
To contribute to the health and well-being of pets by providing the best care to every patient at an affordable cost and introduce Traditional Chinese Medicine as an option in combination with veterinary medical science to enhance treatment of pets.
To inspire pet owners to further improve the wellness of their pets by embracing preventive medical care.
How We Can Help Your Pets
All pets are important to us! We strongly believe in treating all pets like our own. Regardless of the species of pet or severity of their conditions, we always ask ourselves the same question: “How would we treat these pets if they were ours?” This is because we believe that we must be comfortable to give the exact same treatment to our pets if they were to have the same condition.
